Shipping policy

At Embroiderella, we are committed to delivering your products in the most efficient manner possible.  However, please not that we do not have control over the shipping speed.  The transit times are dictated by the shipping carrier.  

Shipping + Production Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date the order was placed (excluding holidays and weekends).  If you are requesting your order before the 3-4 week deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to customize and ship your order earlier, we will try to accommodate your request.   

Shipping Addresses: Accuracy is key in ensuring your order arrives at the correct location.  We print addresses as they appear on the order.  Please double-check your shipping address for any errors before submitting your order.  

Shipping Costs: Our shipping costs vary depending on the destination.  These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
