How do I care for my ordered items?
Care instructions are included in every order. For embroidery and print products, machine wash on cold cycle, avoid direct ironing, and avoid drying on high heat.

Can you customize designs for embroidery?
Yes, we can customize any logo or design. Customized designs include pillows, blankets, sweatshirts, and t-shirts. For embroidery custom designs, the logo or design will need to be converted to an embroidery machine file, this process is called digitizing.
How much does embroidery digitizing cost?
The cost of embroidery digitizing varies depending on factors such as design complexity, and size. Pricing of digitizing a file will be discussed prior to customer placing order.
Will I have to pay a digitizing fee every time I want something digitized?
A digitizing fee is a one-time fee charged to convert an image or logo into a digital format that can be used on an embroidery machine. Once your design is digitized, there will be no digitizing fee unless, there are changes to your logo or design.
